The HPV vaccine will not only keep my children safe from oral transmission (kissing) when they're younger, but it will protect them long into adulthood. Should they happen to marry an unvaccinated child like yours, they will still be safe. And should their spouse ever cheat on them, they will still be safe.ElleMurahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01585481665526225076noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1762736094770946238.post-86219477040928573442017-07-02T10:16:39.220-07:002017-07-02T10:16:39.220-07:00Thank you for your thoughts, however, I'm stil...Thank you for your thoughts, however, I'm still on the fence. In a similar regard, will you hand out condems to your kids when they go out with friends in high school? Because these can prevent another great threat spectrum of STDs.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1762736094770946238.post-32561987923885055312017-01-09T09:11:08.647-08:002017-01-09T09:11:08.647-08:00Batsheva, thank you for letting me know. The HPV vaccine was invented by Scottish-born Prof Ian Frazer and his amazing team in Australia. Prof Frazer waived his royalties so the money could be put back into further research. Here in Australia every dose goes into a register and is monitored. It is incredibly safe and effective. https://www.science.org.au/learning/general-audience/history/interviews-australian-scientists/professor-ian-frazer-immunologist

http://researchers.uq.edu.au/researcher/228
SueChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06839284881075643748noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1762736094770946238.post-57683483682777191042017-01-05T08:04:43.605-08:002017-01-05T08:04:43.605-08:00A very refreshing read! After reading this, she's getting it at her next check-up. Just thought I'd let you know that you changed at least one mind.Batshevahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17515171881263480337noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1762736094770946238.post-45160659647386224042017-01-04T21:14:47.770-08:002017-01-04T21:14:47.770-08:00Thank you! He then did an internal medicine residency at MGH/Harvard. He then completed a hematology/oncology fellowship at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute while also completing a Masters in Biomedical Informatics at Harvard. He will remain at Dana-Farber as an "instructor" until he receives enough grants to start his own lab researching leukemias. At that point, he will still see some patients at whatever academic institution houses his lab, but his main focus will be (and already is) cancer research. It has been a long road for our family, as is documented elsewhere in this blog, but I am very proud of him!ElleMurahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01585481665526225076noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1762736094770946238.post-23099716574578208542017-01-04T20:49:03.126-08:002017-01-04T20:49:03.126-08:00Wow!
